Mr Sachin Jain, FCA, LLB
Our founder member. He Qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2000 and joined a renowned Delhi based firm in their Assurance & Compliance division where he developed significant expertise in carrying out various kinds of assurance and compliance activities of the clients. He is also Law Graduate from Delhi University in the year 2002. He has gained significant experience in conducting audit of various banks, private and public sector organisations. He deals in various due- diligence studies, legal cases relating to labour laws, patent, trademark.

Mr Narender Kaushik, FCA
Mr Narender Kaushik is a Chartered Accountant with experience of around 6 years. His area of expertise includes statutory & internal audit, SOP development & implementation, Fraud Investigation, role of Financial Controller and reviewing, analyzing& evaluating projects, business plans, policies and initiatives & schemes.

Mr Yash Saradana, Cost Accountant
Qualified as Cost Accountant in the year 1995. He has got multilayer experience in various corporate groups and Cost Accountant firms. He has rich experience in the field of Cost Accounting and also Sales Tax Laws.

Mr Sanjay Jain, Company Secretary
Qualified as Company Secretary in the year 2000. He has rich experience, in various Corporate Laws, Mergers and Acquisitions, besides representing before the Company Law Board in Various Corporate Law Matters.

Mr Kanish Kapoor, CA, Sr. Manager
Mr Kanish Kapoor is a qualified Chartered Accountant having experience of more than 6 years in handling various assignments for Statutory Audit, Internal Audit, Goods & Service Tax work, Income tax Work.

Mr B B Jain, Advocate

Qualified as Advocate in the year 2004. He has rich experience in the field of Corporate Laws, he is representing us in various corporate and other civil matters before the Delhi Civil Courts and Delhi High courts.
