Further, we do analyse the performance of the company by using meaningful ratios, cash flows and other analysis tools.
Tax Audits
Ensuring compliance of the accounts of the entity with the relevant provisions of the Income Tax Act, 1961 and proper disclosure requirements through specific formats.
Internal control Reviews
We conduct review in order to provide assurance to the management on the smooth running of the business by evaluating the existing controls and making suggestions for improvements, wherever necessary.
Due Diligence Studies
Conducting in depth studies of transactions, investing the assets and liabilities of the organisation prior to merger/acquisition.
Compliances
1. We do prepare a monthly schedule of activities for the entity based on the industry, in which the entity falls and do assure the management that all the transactions of the entity are in compliance with the laws of India.
2. Accounting Services- Developing accounting systems keeping management's requirements into view as well as statutory reporting requirements.
3. Tax Withholding - Planning and complying with the statutory requirements in connection with tax withholding on salary, contractor, commission, dividend, interest, professional, rental payments.
4. Labour Laws - Preparation and maintenance of effective employee payrolls to comply with the provisions of Provident Funds, Employees' State Insurance.
Company Law
1. Incorporation of Obtaining name approvals and
Companies - preparation & filing of necessary documentation for registration of a Domestic/Foreign Company with the Registrar of Companies.
2. Secretarial Services - Advising and assisting in maintaining statutory records as required under the Indian Companies Act, 1956.
3. Compliance- Preparing and filing the required intimation with the Registrar of Companies in case of change in constitution of the company and filing of annual return in prescribed format.
4. Representation- Preparing necessary documents and representation before the Registrar of Companies and Company Law Board.
